Digital Products

All courses and learning materials sold by EXSESO are digital products. They are delivered electronically through our online members platform and are accessed online. There are no physical goods shipped, and there are no physical classrooms to attend.

Delivery & Access

Because our courses are digital, once access to a course has been granted, the product is considered delivered in full. Access is typically provided immediately or shortly after your enrollment and payment are confirmed. You will access your course through your account on our members platform.

• Delivery is electronic and takes place through the members platform at members.exseso.com.
• Access is granted to the account and email address used at enrollment.
• It is your responsibility to provide a valid, working email address so that access details can be delivered to you.

Refunds

As digital products, courses are considered delivered once access has been granted, and are therefore generally non-refundable from that point. If you experience a technical problem accessing your course, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Pricing & Payment

Course prices are displayed on our members platform at the point of enrollment. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. EXSESO does not store your full payment card details.

Intellectual Property

All course material is the intellectual property of Chris Rheeder and EXSESO. Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the material for your own learning.
